Robert Arce

Robert Arce, Esq. is a partner to the firm where his practice focuses on the handling of claims filed against insurance companies and their insureds. Mr. Arce has specific expertise in litigation involving construction accidents, construction defect claims, employment claims, professional malpractice claims, trucking claims, tort claims, all claims against public entities and a variety of premises liability and automobile negligence claims. He also has extensive experience with insurance, coverage insurance, and first party claims.

Mr. Arce started his law career in 1983 with the law firm of Joseph Buttafuoco, Esq., becoming a partner in the firm of Buttafuoco, Karpf & Arce, LLC in 1986. Mr Arce then became the managing partner in the firm of Buttafuoco, Arce & Price, LLC in 2001. He then joined Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C. in 2013.
