Matthew Gitterman, Esq. has been associated with Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C. since 1998, and a partner since 2001. Mr. Gitterman’s practice is devoted exclusively to the defense of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insured insured entities. Prior to working with Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C., Mr. Gitterman also defended New Jersey Workers’ Compensation claims while associated with Donington Karcher, P.C. from to 1991 to 1993; and while associated with Carpenter, Bennett & Morrissey from 1993 to 1998.
Mr. Gitterman frequently lectures on topics involving New Jersey Workers’ Compensation for various organizations, and previously served as Conference Moderator for the Council on Education in Management’s Workers’ Compensation Update. Mr. Gitterman is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney.
