Joseph V. Biancamano

Joseph V. Biancamano, Esq. is a founding partner in the firm. He is one of the leading workers’ compensation attorneys in New Jersey. Mr. Biancamano began practicing law by joining an insurance defense firm, where within a three-year period of time, he was named a partner in the firm. Mr. Biancamano and Anthony R. Di Stefano, Esq. left that firm and formed the law firm of Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C. in October 1994. Mr. Biancamano’s practice extends to numerous specialized areas, which includes, but is not limited to, workers’ compensation, medical and hospital malpractice, professional liability, directors and officers and general liability. He is responsible for managing the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group. That practice involves representation of employers, self-insured companies, third party administrators and insurance carriers in the area of workers’ compensation. Mr. Biancamano has tried numerous cases to include workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and general liability matters. Mr. Biancamano lectures extensively and provides continuing legal education seminars to the firm’s public and private clients.
