James G. Serritella, Esq. is an Associate with the firm. Mr. Serritella’s practice is primarily focused on general civil defense, with an emphasis on insurance coverage. He has more than 25 years experience trying cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as Municipal Courts throughout the state. Mr. Serritella also handles cases in New Jersey Workers Compensation court as well as appeals of Workers Compensation matters.
He specializes in Appellate brief writing and has successfully argued matters in the Appellate Division of the State of New Jersey as well as Federal Court.
