Christopher C. Harris, Esq. is an Associate with the firm and practices in the firm’s employment and general liability departments. In addition, Mr. Harris also has experience in the defense of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of employers, self-insured companies, third party administrators and insurance carriers. Mr. Harris also represents employers in all phases of employment related matters in both the State and Federal courts as well as in administrative claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Division of Civil Rights. Mr. Harris has experience defending employers in matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
