Anthony Di Stefano is a founding partner in the law firm of Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C. He has been a managing partner for the firm since 1994 and devotes his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation claims within the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation. He has extensive trial experience in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. He has been successful in the litigation of numerous claims on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured companies and third party administrators in New Jersey since 1991. Prior to the founding of the law firm in 1994, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Mannion and Rosemary K. Reavey in the areas of both civil and criminal law. Previously he was an associate with the law firm of Donington, Karcher, Salmond, Ronan & Rainone, specializing in workers’ compensation. He frequently lectures on topics involving New Jersey Workers’ Compensation to insurance companies, self insured companies and third party administrators. He is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. He is also active in social and community affairs for area organizations.
