Andrew Marra, Esq. is an Associate with the firm and practices in the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Marra represents employers in all phases of employment related matters in both the State and Federal courts as well as administrative claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Division of Civil Rights. Mr. Marra has significant experience defending employers in matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation and work-place harassment. In addition, Mr. Marra counsels employers on labor-employment issues involving the FMLA and NJFLA and Americans with Disabilities Act, along with other Federal and State laws and statutes that affect the substantive rights of employees. Mr. Marra also represents accountants, attorneys and real estate professionals against professional liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marra represented insureds in a variety of premise-liability, construction defect and negligence related matters.
