Daniel J. Giordano, Esq. is an associate who practices in general and employment liability matters. Prior to returning to college, Mr. Giordano had diverse employment experiences spanning numerous industries. Mr. Giordano worked in general retail, retail sales and retail management. Mr. Giordano worked in shipping and receiving, service, security and janitorial services. Mr. Giordano also had significant construction experience during the course of his professional career. Those experiences included work in home renovations, fence installation, flooring, hardscaping and as an independent laborer. Mr. Giordano worked as a skilled laborer repairing and renovating in-ground concrete pools. Mr. Giordano obtained his Bachelor’s in Arts with a major in political science and a minor in history from the University of Delaware. He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. At Rutgers Law School, Mr. Giordano developed legal research and writing skills as the Submissions Editor for the Rutgers Law Record and had appellate experience with the Constitutional Rights Clinic. Mr. Giordano worked in administrative law at Essex-Newark Legal Services. There, he provided legal services to indigent clients in the Income Maintenance Department where he enforced the regulations of the Work First New Jersey Act on the Essex County Division of Welfare. Mr. Giordano represented his clients throughout the entire administrative process from the initial intake to the final decision of the Division of Human Development.
