Daniel A. Lynn

Daniel A. Lynn, Esq. is a Partner with the firm who specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Biancamano & Di Stefano, P.C., Mr. Lynn was a partner with another respected New Jersey law firm where he also handled the defense of workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. Lynn is Certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Attorney and is a Master in the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Inn of court. Mr. Lynn has presented seminars in Workers’ Compensation for the National Business Institute and for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
